About Me
I’m Christine, and I create spaces where people can pause, breathe, and simply be.
My journey into sound and wellbeing grew from a love of meditation and yoga, and a deep appreciation for how powerful stillness can be in a busy world. I began to notice how many people carry stress, tension, and mental noise, often without realising how much they need permission to truly rest. Sound became a gentle and powerful way to offer that permission.
My sessions are not about performance or perfection. They are about creating a welcoming, safe environment where you rest, switch off, and allow the sound to do the work.
Alongside sound therapy, my personal practice of meditation and yoga continues to shape the way I hold these spaces — gently, mindfully, and with care.
I am trained and accredited in sound therapy and wellbeing practices, and I continue to develop my knowledge to ensure each session is delivered with professionalism, warmth, and heart.
It is a privilege to hold these spaces and to witness the calm, rest, and renewal people experience through sound.
